We get very few returns, and most all complaints are solved due to a lack of proper suction.
This problem can usually be fixed once the user removes the PAPER (dry) filter from their wet/dry vacuum.
Sometimes the issue is a full vacuum canister as this restricts airflow.
Emptying the canister will provides better suction to the Gutter Clutter Buster.
